The villa is located in the peaceful Ovacık area, surrounded by nature while remaining conveniently close to local amenities. Restaurants, markets, supermarkets and public transport are all within easy reach, making it simple to explore the surrounding area without travelling far.

Ölüdeniz Beach, known for its sandy and pebbled shoreline and famous Blue Lagoon, is approximately a short drive away, while Fethiye town centre can also be reached easily for shopping, dining and local attractions. Dalaman Airport is located around 60 km from the property.

As the villa sits within a natural environment, occasional insects or wildlife typical to the region may be present. The property is regularly cleaned and maintained, with routine pest control carried out for guest comfort.

Please note that periodic infrastructure or maintenance works may take place within the wider Ovacık and Hisarönü area. Outside of the peak summer season, nearby construction activity may occasionally occur during daytime hours, as is common in developing holiday regions.

A refundable damage deposit of 10,000 ₺ is required upon check in. This deposit is not included in the accommodation price and will be returned after check out, subject to a standard property inspection.
